Voice modernization

  • PBX replacement

Many PBXs still running today are past end of support, hard to repair, and tied to one room in one building. We replace them with Cisco cloud or hybrid calling, carrying over your numbers, dial plan, auto attendants, hunt groups, and voicemail, and we plan the cutover so callers never notice.

    • Inventory of every extension, feature, and call flow
    • Number porting and cutover plan with rollback
    • Emergency calling with dispatchable location
    • User training and day-one support
  • T1 and E1 to SIP conversion

A T1 carries 23 calls and an E1 carries 30, no matter how busy you get, and each circuit is tied to one location. Most Providers now consider these access methods as legacy services and have plans to retire these circuits. Providers will soon require interconnections to be made using SIP which will require any existing PBX to support SIP or be replaced. SIP trunks deliver the same numbers over your data network with capacity you can change in days, not months. We design the session border controllers, security, and failover that make SIP as reliable as the circuits it replaces.

    • Carrier selection and trunk sizing
    • Session border controller design and hardening
    • Geographic redundancy and failover
    • Fax, alarm, and legacy device testing
  • Analog line modernization

Carriers are retiring copper phone lines and raising prices on the ones that remain, yet elevators, alarm panels, fax machines, and gate phones still depend on them. We replace those lines with managed analog gateways, with battery and cellular backup where required, and coordinate testing with your life-safety vendors and local inspectors.

    • Audit of every analog line and what depends on it
    • Gateway and cellular-backup design
    • Life-safety line testing with your vendors
    • Line disconnects and billing clean-up

Network and collaboration services

  • Network discovery

Before anything changes, we find out what is really there. We walk the network, pull configurations, and map every device and link, including the ones nobody remembers installing.

    • Device and link inventory
    • Configuration and security findings, ranked by risk
    • Capacity and performance baseline
  • Network diagrams and documentation

Good diagrams shorten outages. We produce physical and logical diagrams, IP plans, and as-built records that match the network today, in formats your team can keep current.

    • Physical, logical, and voice-path diagrams
    • IP addressing and VLAN plans
    • As-built records after every project
  • Cisco Collaboration

We design and deploy Cisco calling, meetings, and contact center, whether on-premise, hybrid, or fully in the cloud, and we tune the network so voice and video perform the way they should.

    • Call control, dial plan, and PSTN design
    • On-premise to hybrid or cloud migrations
    • Quality-of-service and call-quality fixes
  • Lifecycle management

Hardware and software age out on a schedule you can plan around. We track end-of-life dates, keep versions supportable, and turn refreshes into budgeted projects instead of emergencies.

    • End-of-life and end-of-support tracking
    • Refresh roadmaps tied to your budget cycle
    • Planned upgrade and patch windows
  • Operations support

After go-live, we can assist your team with escalations, add capacity for projects, or take over day-to-day operations entirely.

    • Escalation support for your team
    • Staff augmentation for projects
    • Fully managed day-2 operations
  • International cloud calling

Calling in another country comes with that country's rules: who can provide numbers, where call records must stay, and how personal data may cross borders. We design deployments that meet them, using licensed local carriers and in-country infrastructure where required.

    • Carrier and numbering strategy per country
    • Data residency and call-record localization
    • Session border controllers for local PSTN access
